Grocery Shopping

I quickly realized the differences between the US and Spain when it comes to grocery stores. First off the food is cheap here!

Things I learned:

- milk is not refrigerated and comes in a box which you put in the pantry
- queso fresco is not the same as the Mexican kind - I was sadly disappointed
- they sell rabbit and horse in the meat section
- the seafood section is practically an aquarium
- fruits and veggies are amazing - no preservatives
- you can buy a bottle of wine for 1€
- Spain loves ice cream
- the bread section is slightly overwhelming
- they have every chip flavor possible
- they really love Jamon here
- Coconut yogurt is my new favorite snack!
- Fanta Limon... I cannot explain to any of you how amazing this drink is!
- they sell the largest bottles of water in life!
- no peanut butter!
- they don't promote candy in the checkout line

You can get a whole weeks worth of groceries for about 20€ - 25 € If your smart about it! But literally food is the
 ONLY affordable thing in Europe.
